There's a bocce court for a friendly game and a lit pergola with dining for eight under the oaks. Inside, the chef's kitchen has a waterfall island with seating for four, a professional gas range and a dry bar for cocktail hour. A cozy media lounge is set up for movie nights, and a private office lets you get a little work done. The primary suite has a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub. A private casita above the garage has its own living area, kitchenette, bedroom and full bath, which makes it perfect for extended family or guests who want their own space.
